**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Connect directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Conduct thorough investigations and issue resolution to provide suitable solutions to customers
* Think proactively and set follow-up meetings on a case-by-case basis to ensure issue resolution
* Work with empathy, attention, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike
* Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders across the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
**What You'll Need**
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation
* Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment
* Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and navigation through systems and the web to find information to support customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization
* Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to pass a personal investigation
**Technical Requirements**
* A dedicated workspace that's large enough to accommodate computer screens and free from distractions, including background noise that affects the customer experience
* A workspace suitable for webcam use
