**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs, while driving business results and exceeding customer expectations. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Responsibilities**
* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
* Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and driving business results
* Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
* Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities for growth
* Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
**Requirements**
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
* Quiet, secured workspace
* Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
