* Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve issues efficiently

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and providers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environment
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
