**The Role**
As a Customer Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving customer advocacy and retention efforts across the AMS region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a customer marketing program that increases referenceable customers, published case studies, and engaged advocates throughout North and Latin America. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a customer marketing program to increase referenceable customers, published case studies, and engaged advocates throughout North and Latin America
* Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and prioritize customer marketing opportunities
* Design and implement effective customer engagement strategies, including email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and event planning
* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and advocates to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
* Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing and advocacy
**Requirements**
* 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, advocacy, or post-sale engagement programs
* Proven success working with Customer Success and Sales teams, ideally across multiple segments or regions
* Hands-on experience with third-party review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights) and reference management tools
* Strong understanding of customer marketing principles and strategies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
