As a remote Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and web interactions. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing billing and insurance verification, and providing technical support for our online pharmacy platform.
