As a Call Center Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you'll be a real-time troubleshooter for customers in need, helping them navigate challenges with clarity and professionalism. You'll strive to resolve issues on the first call, ensuring our customers never get lost in a frustrating call transfer maze. You'll also provide world-class service by selling them solutions that enrich their experiences.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in real-time
* Resolve customer complaints and issues on the first call, ensuring a positive experience
* Sell customers solutions that enrich their experiences and meet their needs
* Provide world-class customer service, exceeding customer expectations

**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
* Must live within the Phoenix, Tucson, or Las Vegas and surrounding communities
* High-speed internet connection available in your home required
* Preferred qualifications include:
+ 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
+ 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
+ Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
+ 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
+ Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
