Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission to protect working families. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our extensive network of clients via phone, email, and video conferencing platforms
- Listening actively to client concerns and questions to understand their unique needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Educating clients about our life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products
- Processing applications, policy changes, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions using our industry-leading CRM systems
