What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answering incoming calls from customers and promptly addressing their requests regarding installation, disconnection, service changes, and the full range of arenaflex products and services.
- Identifying Customer Needs: Actively listening to customers to understand their unique requirements and proactively offering tailored products and services that enhance their digital experience.
- Account Management: Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments, working collaboratively to find solutions that maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring account integrity.
- Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing questions, rate concerns, adjustments, and policy issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Service Order Management: Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Flexibility in Scheduling: Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the evolving needs of our business and customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's evolving product and service portfolio to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers.
- Sales Excellence: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively presenting arenaflex solutions that address customer needs and enhance their connectivity experience.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.
