Responsibilities
- Prioritize merchant servicing + AML onboarding combo + Excel expertise
- High-volume processing: 15–20 files/day, ~20–30 mins per case
- Experience with document validation before account opening
- Discrepancy handling
- Working with Sales teams
- Strong written communication (email-heavy role)
- Ability to meet strict deadlines (2 PM CST daily cutoff)
- Comfortable in structured, repetitive, high-volume work
- Quality monitoring
- Direct BSA and AML
