Responsibilities
- Support cross-channel preparation and activation of approved communications across internal digital platforms, coordinating with channel owners to ensure timely deployment
- Maintain centralized oversight of intake, approvals, and milestone tracking, identifying workflow bottlenecks to support alignment and execution
- Publish and update approved content within digital platforms in accordance with established templates and governance standards
- Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility guidelines prior to distribution
- Update project status and track milestones within internal project management tools
- Support intake workflows and maintain visibility into publishing timelines across digital channels
- Assist with coordination of approvals and cross-channel scheduling
- Maintain organized records of assets, versions, and publishing history
- Provide overflow execution support during high-volume periods
- Step in to support critical publishing functions during team capacity gap
- Support packaging campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist with readiness and sequencing
- Provide overflow support during high-volume periods
- Format and prepare editorial content for digital distribution across email, intranet, and signage
- Embed images, links, and multimedia assets within templates
- Make light formatting adjustments to ensure clear presentation
- Assist in gathering basic engagement metrics across channels
- Help prepare simple reporting summaries for internal review
- Support documentation of workflows and publishing standards
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in communications, digital publishing, marketing, or related field
- Exposure to email platforms, content management systems, or digital publishing tools (e.g., Staffbase, Interact Software & Appspace)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to support time‑sensitive or critical communications during extended coverage periods, as needed
- Basic understanding of digital engagement metrics
- Familiarity with HTML or formatting tools
