What You'll Do: Making an Impact Every Day

In this multifaceted role, you will be trained to handle a broad range of customer service inquiries, developing expertise across multiple disciplines. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Complex Issue Resolution: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address intricate customer questions and concerns. Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues including voice and data problems that span multiple networks and elements. You'll need to stay current with evolving technology and applications to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Product Activation: Help customers get up and running with the latest products and services, including air cards, USB devices, and arenaflex-provided software and applications. Ensure every customer feels confident using their new technology.
  • Sales Excellence: Meet monthly sales goals by delivering personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services. Your consultative selling approach will help customers discover solutions they didn't know they needed.
  • Advanced Support Functions: Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaboration: Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide comprehensive customer resolutions.

Your Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. You'll work a set schedule that includes breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Flexibility is essential, as specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required to meet customer demand and performance expectations.

As a work-from-home team member, you'll need to maintain a professional workspace that meets arenaflex's standards. This includes a dedicated work area with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. Your workspace should be free from distractions and noise to ensure you can provide the exceptional service our customers expect.

Compensation and Rewards

We believe in recognizing and rewarding excellence. Our Premier Service Consultants earn competitive hourly rates with significant earning potential through performance-based incentives:

  • Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.13 per hour
  • Performance Bonuses: Additional compensation up to $3,000.00 monthly when all sales goals and performance expectations are met
  • Top Earner Potential: Our top sellers have earned up to $71,646.00 per year

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. We regularly review compensation to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

Home Office Requirements

To ensure you can provide the best possible service to our customers, arenaflex requires the following from our work-from-home team members:

  • Internet Service: Verified, secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet service is required to support business needs
  • Dedicated Workspace: An established dedicated work area including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
  • Workspace Standards: Your workspace must align with arenaflex's WFH standards including technical requirements, security protocols, physical setup, noise level considerations, and Clean Desk policy compliance
  • Equipment: arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment to get you started, including keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and more
  • Monitoring Participation: You will participate in workspace audits including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, and other monitoring activities
  • Accountability: Must be available, accessible, and accountable during established work schedules and shifts
  • Compliance: Must follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, complete required trainings, and adhere to performance management and monitoring policies

Residency Requirements

In order to qualify for this work-from-home position, you must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas.
