About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven accounting professional to support a dynamic portfolio of real estate entities. This is a high-volume, structured accounting role where accuracy, organization, and adherence to established SOPs are key. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple accounts and projects, while working closely with the controller and accounting team.
What You'll Do:
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Track incoming and outgoing payments
- Maintain accuracy across multiple entities
- Monthly Reconciliation
- Perform reconciliations across ~60 accounts/entities
- Ensure financial records align with bank statements
- Portfolio-Level Accounting Support
- Support accounting across real estate projects/holdings
- Navigate multiple entities without confusion
- Work closely with the controller within defined workflows
- SOP-Driven Execution
- Follow established SOPs
- Deliver consistent, process-driven output
- Focus on execution rather than system building
What You Need:
- Proven multi-entity accounting experience, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and entities simultaneously
- Real estate or portfolio accounting experience is required – candidates without this experience will not be considered
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, structured accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow established SOPs and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable reconciling complex accounts
- Reliable and process-oriented, able to maintain consistency across multiple tasks and entities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with controllers and cross-functional teams
