Analyst I

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is one of the most influential regulatory agencies in the United States. They are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer service-oriented individual to join their Human Resources Division as an Analyst I, responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, reviewing personnel actions, and working on special projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Reviewing Requests for Personnel Actions
• Out-of-class assignments
• Training and development assignments
• Proposed reorganizations
• Formulating or revising classification specifications and allocation guidelines
• Working on special projects such as automation of the Request for Personnel Action process

Skills
