What You'll Do as a arenaflex Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. Your primary responsibility is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers with every interaction. You'll be the friendly voice (or typed words) that customers in Sweden turn to when they need assistance, and you'll have the opportunity to turn potentially negative situations into positive ones.

Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • First-Point-of-Contact Support: Serve as the initial contact for customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email communications, handling a wide range of inquiries from order status and product questions to payment matters and website navigation assistance.

Working Hours and Schedule

We understand that flexibility is key to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This role requires working variable hours to match when our customers need us most. You'll be expected to work a combination of late evening and day shifts, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week (5x8-hour shifts).

Our operating hours span from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, and you may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, with appropriate compensation for these shifts. We believe in planning ahead, which is why schedules will be provided 6 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to organize your personal life around your work commitments.

You'll learn more about your specific schedule closer to your start date, and our team will work with you to ensure you have the resources and support needed to succeed in this role.

  • Technical Comfort: Experience working with computers and familiarity with various software applications is required.
  • Availability: You must be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required.
  • Training Commitment: Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (which is fully paid).
  • Home Office Setup: You'll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace with dedicated office space including a desk and chair.
  • Internet Requirements: From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (WiFi is not suitable for this role). Don't worry – we'll provide you with a complete equipment package ahead of your first day of training.
