Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Problem Resolution: Resolve passenger concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. This requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to find creative solutions to unique challenges.
  • System Utilization: Master arenaflex's proprietary reservation systems and resources to access passenger information, process transactions, and provide accurate assistance. Technical proficiency is essential for success in this role.

Essential Qualifications
