Position Overview
The Weekend Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative will serve as a critical liaison within our pharmacy benefits management infrastructure, working alongside our talented team to ensure seamless coordination of medication benefits for injured workers across the country. This position operates on an alternating weekend schedule with a convenient 4-day, 10-hour weekly format, providing an excellent work-life balance while still delivering the high-quality service our clients and claimants expect from arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities
- Claimant Profile Management: Prepare, input, and maintain accurate claimant profiles within our sophisticated pharmacy network systems, ensuring all information is current, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Pharmacy Adjudication Support: Assist participating pharmacies in the adjudication process for claimant medications, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating timely resolution to ensure patients receive their prescribed treatments without unnecessary delays.
- Multi-Party Coordination: Serve as the vital link between client insurance adjusters, participating pharmacies, and claimants, coordinating efforts to guarantee that all medication benefits are accurately assigned and processed across multiple integrated systems.
