Posted 2026-05-06We’re a boutique women-owned marketing agency looking for a highly organized, emotionally grounded, and tech-savvy Virtual Scheduler to support our CEO's busy calendar.
This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or high-level administrative professional. You’re trustworthy, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy keeping things organized and moving smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who wants low-stress, part-time work, around 5–10 hours per week max, with flexibility and consistency.
Who You Are:
❋ Exceptionally organized and naturally proactive

Comfortable with Calendly, Google Calendar, and G-Mail
❋
Tech-savvy and confident working virtually
❋
Emotionally stable, mature, and excellent at handling moving pieces without chaos
❋
You do not need micromanaging, you see what needs to happen and handle it
❋
Clear communicator with strong professional boundaries
❋
Bonus if you’ve worked as an executive assistant, secretary, office manager, or administrative support for founders/CEOs

Responsibilities:
✹ Calendar management and scheduling for CEO
✹ Coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments
✹ Managing scheduling conflicts and protecting time blocks
✹ Light inbox support and communication follow-up for scheduling purposes
✹ Keeping internal priorities organized and helping maintain flow
Details:
✹ Remote / Virtual
✹ Part-time: 5–10 hours per week
✹ Flexible schedule with some weekday responsiveness preferred
✹ Long-term fit preferred over quick-fill
