Job Description

I’m the founder of a growing coaching and training company and I’m looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to support CRM, marketing, and day-to-day operations.

This is not just task-based—I need someone organized, proactive, and able to help keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities

    CRM & Systems
  • Manage contacts, pipelines, and automations
  • Keep data clean and organized
    Marketing Support
  • Schedule content and emails
  • Assist with campaigns and launches
  • Repurpose content (Canva a plus)
    Admin Support
  • Calendar + client communication
  • Organize workflows and documents
  • Support programs, events, and projects

    You Are
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and a strong communicator
  • Able to manage multiple priorities

Bonus: Experience with coaches, personal brands, or online programs
