FirstLight Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Experience Representative (UER) to assist members with their everyday banking needs. The role involves opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education while building strong relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with everyday banking needs—such as opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education—either in person or virtually
• Building strong relationships and acting as trusted advisors
• Recommending solutions that save members time and money
• Following policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required
