We’re growing and are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (part-time, contractor) to support our hiring efforts and help us find strong tech and leadership talent.

What you’ll do

Sourcing & Research
• Source candidates for technical and executive-level roles
• Conduct market research and talent mapping (mostly tech roles)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities, and AI sourcing tools
• Calibrate candidates with recruiters and hiring managers
• Share sourcing insights and short progress updates

Outreach & Engagement
• Reach out to candidates and handle initial communication
• Build long-term relationships with talent
• Keep candidates engaged and interested throughout the process

What we’re looking for
• 1.5+ years of experience in talent sourcing
• Experience sourcing IT/tech roles
• Strong LinkedIn & Boolean search skills
• Experience with AI sourcing tools is a plus
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Intermediate+ English (written & spoken)
