South College is seeking a highly organized and collaborative individual to support the Speech Language Pathology program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of clinical education processes and student progression.

Position Summary

The Clinical Operations Administrator will work closely with the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) and Program Director to support clinical placement processes, monitor student clinical readiness and progress, assist with Central Application Service, maintain accurate programmatic tracking systems, and general clinical and programmatic tasks as needed. This role is essential to ensuring students are prepared for and successfully complete clinical experiences across the curriculum.

Bachelor’s degree required; Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple timelines and maintain accurate records, and strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
