Sourcing Manager/contract/remote

Our client, a leader in SaaS software development, is seeking a contract Sourcing Manager. This is a fully remote role.

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with experience in managing contracts in the software, events, and professional services space. This role will be expected to partner with our Marketing organization and additional departments in managing contract renewals, new purchases, and potential vendor disputes. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has experience in indirect purchasing with a variety of SaaS and events contracts previously managed.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of indirect procurement experience
• Hands-on experience redlining contracts and negotiating terms with vendors
• Project management and outcomes - able to guide a purchase request to an even better result than a stakeholder believes is possible
• Previous experience communicating with corporate leadership members
• Ability to process a high volume of contracts and requests without sacrificing accuracy
• Experience working in the software or similar industry at a fast paced company
• Strong understanding of Legal and Security contract terms
• RFP/RFI/RFx project management

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities
• Contract Negotiation and Vendor communications
• Commercial redlining and contract detail review
• Vendor Agreement data entry
• Stakeholder management and purchasing strategy
• Working through our Procurement process within our Finance Systems (including Zip).
