Social Media Strategist – Help Us Break Out of the 200 Views Plateau - Contract to Hire

We're a founder-led DTC beauty brand preparing for launch in the US market. The founder is on camera, the content is authentic, the niche is strong and relatable — but we're stuck in the 200 views range and can't seem to break through.

We're not looking for more content. We need someone who can diagnose why we're not growing and fix it.

Build a real following before launch. We want people to already know us, trust us, and be ready to buy when we go live.

• Concrete recommendations on content angles, hooks, posting strategy, and distribution

• Someone who understands how to build trust and anticipation pre-launch, not just vanity metrics
