ServiceNow Developer with Employee Centre Experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the HRSD module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Service Portal, Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, and Now Assist, and be capable of leading design, development, and solutioning activities on the ServiceNow platform.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module
• Strong experience in:
• - Service Portal
• - Employee Centre / Employee Centre Pro
• - Now Assist
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting concepts
• Experience with HR workflows, case management, and employee journeys
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and integrations (REST/SOAP preferred)
