We are looking for a full-stack Software Engineer who can contribute across the product — building new features, improving existing systems, and helping the team work more efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of getting things done.
As an IT Recruiter at Newrich Network, you'll get to:
- Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.).
- Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods;
- Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process;
- Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring;
- Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience;
- Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team;
- Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools;
- Perform any other related tasks.
