About the Role
The Digital Stronghold is seeking a Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing (Paid Search) to support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across our eCommerce platforms.
This role is ideal for a performance marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, particularly within fashion or lifestyle brands. You’ll play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies.
Experience with YouTube and paid social platforms (such as Meta) is a plus.
What You’ll Do
Own the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitive analysis, and search query mining to identify growth opportunities
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
Support paid social campaign execution and collaborate on cross-channel learnings
Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with promotional calendars and business goals
Contribute to testing strategies, including A/B testing and incrementality testing
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand ad copy
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Partner with eCommerce and UX teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
Support accurate tracking and attribution, ensuring proper tagging and measurement
Stay current on industry trends and platform updates
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
Experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and/or YouTube advertising (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing environments
High attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow
