The Role: Senior Principal Customer Success Executive

As a Senior Principal Customer Success Executive at arenaflex, you'll be entrusted with one of our most critical responsibilities: serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey for our most valuable enterprise accounts. You'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, the internal champion for their success, and the strategic advisor who ensures that every interaction moves both parties toward shared goals.

This isn't a position for the faint of heart. You'll be managing a book of business representing $10 million or more in annual recurring revenue. You'll be working with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies, navigating complex organizational dynamics, and orchestring cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Escalation Management: When issues arise—and in enterprise software, they inevitably do—you'll be the calm, capable leader who brings together cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges while maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: You'll work seamlessly with teams across arenaflex, including Sales, Product Development, Professional Services, Support, Cloud Operations, and our partner ecosystem. Your ability to coordinate these diverse stakeholders will be key to delivering integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Governance and Strategic Planning: You'll establish robust governance frameworks with your customers, defining success metrics, regular business reviews, and communication protocols that ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Customer Advocacy: You'll be the voice of the customer inside arenaflex, translating customer feedback into product improvements, ensuring that their needs are represented in our strategic planning, and building internal champions who advocate on their behalf.

What We're Looking For: Basic Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you'll need a robust combination of experience, skills, and attributes:


  • Industry Expertise: You must bring deep experience in Discrete Manufacturing sectors, including Industrial manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech/Electronics. You understand the unique challenges, regulatory environments, and operational complexities that define these industries.
  • Consultative Selling Mindset: You approach every customer interaction with a consultative, value-first philosophy. You understand that the best results come from genuinely understanding customer needs and crafting solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, understand revenue models, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. You're comfortable discussing ROI, total cost of ownership, and business case development.
  • Executive Presence: You've spent years building credibility with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders. You know how to communicate at the highest levels, translate technical concepts into business value, and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Global Team Experience: You've worked with distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. You understand how to coordinate efforts across time zones, cultures, and organizational boundaries.
  • SaaS and Enterprise Software Mastery: You have extensive experience with global SaaS deployments and Professional Services engagements, particularly those involving multi-product, multi-site ERP implementations. You understand the complexity of enterprise software adoption and the factors that drive successful outcomes.
  • Change Management and Escalation Skills: You thrive under pressure and have demonstrated expertise in managing customer escalations, navigating change, and turning challenging situations into opportunities for deeper partnership.
