About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at noris network AG. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

You will serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new solutions, and maintaining the overall health of our clients' IT systems. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are highly desirable.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and server management is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach are also required.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and scripting languages will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and maintaining client IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide technical support, and ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Implementing and managing security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems will be a key part of your duties. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, conducting regular backups, and planning for disaster recovery.
