Our client, a leading hospitality management group, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Hotel Operations Manager to join their innovative, fully remote operations team. This executive role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of multiple hotel properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability. You will leverage your extensive expertise in hotel management, staff leadership, and financial oversight to implement best practices and drive operational excellence across diverse portfolios. Responsibilities: Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. Manage and mentor General Managers and on-site operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and service excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), guest satisfaction scores, and operational costs. Develop and manage departmental budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue generation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards across all properties. Drive initiatives to improve operational processes, implement new technologies, and enhance guest experiences. Conduct regular remote assessments and provide strategic guidance to on-site management teams. Foster strong relationships with property owners, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in hospitality management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple properties. Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and revenue management. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote and on-site teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in hotel management software and operational reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
