What You Will Do

As a key member of our data leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of financial data products, from conceptualization through delivery and continuous improvement. • Lead Data Solution Development: Architect and deliver comprehensive data solutions that align with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration of financial information from multiple sources into our modernized analytics platform.


• Drive Product Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop data product strategies that align with financial goals and objectives, creating roadmaps that translate business needs into technical requirements.


• Ensure Compliance and Governance: Design and implement data products that are discoverable, easy to comprehend, and fully aligned with strict administration, risk, and compliance regulations.


• Manage Partner Engagement: Maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are correctly measured and strategically aligned with the overall data strategy.


• Conduct Gap Analysis: Analyze and manage gap analyses for the management of financial data structures, transforming diverse sources into unified, accessible platforms.


• Project Execution: Create and execute timelines, budgets, acceptance criteria, and service level agreements that ensure on-time delivery and measurable business value.


• Lead Technical Resources: Directly manage engineering resources and studios, providing guidance and direction throughout the data solution delivery lifecycle.


• Support Specialized Units: Address data, business intelligence, and AI/ML needs for specialized business units, ensuring their unique requirements are met with innovative solutions.

What You Bring

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level data solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and exceptional collaboration skills.

Essential Qualifications

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience delivering data solutions, including direct leadership of engineering resources and creative studios.


• Data Product Management Expertise: Strong background in data product management with a focused emphasis on financial products or solutions.


• Data Architecture Skills: Solid data modeling design and documentation abilities, following the complete delivery lifecycle from business engagement through practical, legal, and physical data design and project delivery.


• Technical Proficiency: Deep technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including:

• Best Practices Leadership: Demonstrated ability to establish and promote best practices and standards in data and engineering disciplines.


• Technical Mentorship: Deep technical expertise in data engineering delivery practices, capable of addressing skills and processes at various organizational levels.


• Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry is highly preferred.
