As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our business through data-driven decision making. Here's what you can expect in this position:


  • Build comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and cross-functional reporting that provide essential support to operations and decision-making for our customer acquisition and business product spaces. You'll create dashboards and reports that become the backbone of our strategic planning.

  • Answer core business questions and provide analytical expertise on the various conversion streams across our streaming platforms to improve customer experience and increase conversions. You'll be the go-to person for understanding user behavior and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Advance the analytical capabilities of the organization by collaborating on the design of diagnostic solutions and delivering exceptional data insights and products that move the business forward.

  • Leverage data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. You'll build robust data pipelines and ensure data integrity across all our analytical outputs.

  • Apply descriptive and inferential statistics including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression modeling, and factor analysis to understand cohort behaviors and value patterns. Your statistical expertise will help identify trends that others might miss.

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis projects from ambiguous requirements through to meaningful stories, communicating effectively across diverse audiences, and ultimately driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and implement experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the overall analytical maturity of the organization through knowledge sharing and best practice development.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics role with strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.

  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects—from unclear requirements to meaningful stories, communicated across various audiences, and ultimately achieving clear business outcomes.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. You should be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Statistical Expertise: Strong foundation in statistical analysis methods and the ability to apply them appropriately to real-world business problems.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Natural curiosity and ability to identify patterns in complex datasets, combined with a proactive approach to highlighting issues and opportunities to management.
