What You'll Do:
- As a vital member of our virtual support team, you will:
- Conduct remote psychological assessments using standardized tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop and implement IEPs, tailored to the psychological and educational needs of each student.
- Provide virtual counseling sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, focusing on mental wellness, stress management, and coping skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to support students' mental health and academic success.
- Offer consultation on behavioral interventions, classroom strategies, and school-wide mental health initiatives.
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and provide clear, ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Attend virtual IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to interdisciplinary planning.
- Maintain detailed, confidential documentation in compliance with school and district policies.

- Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist in your state of practice
- Covered by professional liability insurance
- Experienced in providing school-based psychological services (virtual experience preferred)
- Tech-savvy and confident using telehealth platforms like Zoom or Google Meet
- A strong communicator with a heart for student well-being
- Able to manage a remote caseload and maintain professional confidentiality
