SAP HCM Payroll consultant.
Location: Remote – should be fine (The consultant may be requested to travel once in a month to Houston as the client’s office is in Houston.)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across multiple technical and functional teams, and experience working in a global environment. This role requires working in CST hours and engaging with stakeholders across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate meetings with business users to gather requirements, provide updates, and drive solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ABAP developers, UI developers, AI consultants, and other technical teams.
- Partner with infrastructure teams, SAP FI teams, and other business units to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Support and enhance SAP HCM and Payroll modules, ensuring system efficiency and compliance with business needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Contribute to global projects, working with teams across different time zones and cultural environments.
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for payroll processes and HCM functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to coordinate with development teams (ABAP, UI, AI) and functional teams (SAP FI, Infrastructure).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in CST hours.
