We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this entry-to-mid-level role, you will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, working closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new leads
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Research target accounts and build personalized outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
- Continuously learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their value to prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Requirements – Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 0–3 years of professional sales experience since graduating
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and hit targets
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Passion for sales and a desire to grow into a closing Account Executive role
