What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our wellness center, responsible for creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors. Exceptional Customer Service



  • Provide outstanding, personalized customer service that makes every client feel valued and understood

Operational Support



  • Support seamless clinic flow by efficiently greeting clients upon arrival

  • Schedule services accurately using our booking systems, optimizing provider time

  • Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and booking appointments

  • Respond to emails promptly, addressing questions and concerns thoroughly

  • Maintain the clinic's pristine condition through regular upkeep and cleaning

  • Prepare spaces and resources for your team to ensure smooth daily operations

Client Retention and Growth

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
