As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working directly with sellers to expand our product selection, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure that every customer finds exactly what they're looking for. What You'll Do
This position is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value accounts that enhance our product selection, fee pricing, and customer convenience. You'll be responsible for identifying product selection gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our e-commerce ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing our product selection and growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality trends, global developments, and competitive activities. Continuously monitor competitor efforts and identify emerging opportunities in the market.
- Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-caliber sellers to join our platform through direct sales visits, events, and compelling presentations. Build lasting relationships with potential partners and convert them into successful sellers.
- Seller Enablement: Guide dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to help sellers grow their businesses on our platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with and influence both internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues quickly and effectively. Serve as the bridge between sellers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Strategic Growth: Execute strategies to attract key marketplace players, expand our product catalog, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Identify opportunities to introduce new product categories and innovative offerings.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data, market trends, and seller performance metrics to recommend improvements and drive growth. Use your analytical skills to develop actionable insights that benefit both sellers and our platform.
Who We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required. Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused sales processes. You should have a track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Experience promoting nascent products or services into new markets is strongly preferred. If you've launched something new and made it successful, that's a huge plus.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills—you should be comfortable presenting to C-level executives and negotiating complex agreements.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs. You'll be analyzing data regularly, so proficiency in spreadsheet tools is essential.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Things move fast here, and we need someone who can keep up.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. Understanding of product lifecycle, pricing strategies, and customer preferences in this category is valuable.
