The Role: Remote Weekend Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource that customers turn to when they need assistance. This is a unique opportunity to work a compressed 4-day work week with weekend hours, giving you that perfect balance between work and personal life. You'll handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, creating positive experiences that turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support to customers across all departments

Schedule Details

We offer a structured 4-day work week with the following schedule:


  • Saturday: 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM Eastern Time

  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time

Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
