Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BxB Media is a company that collaborates with HVAC and home services professionals to enhance their brands and growth. They are seeking a ServiceTitan Specialist who will be responsible for client communication, hands-on support with ServiceTitan, and creating custom workflows and reports.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with the client via email and virtual meetings to discuss projects or live-troubleshoot issues
- Providing guidance or completing hands-on work in all areas of ServiceTitan
- Creating Custom Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards
- Accounting best practices (batches, job costing, etc.)
- Memberships (recurring services, price book items, automated billing, etc.)
- Custom Estimates and Proposals
- Recommending software configurations to suit the client's needs
- Leading training on ServiceTitan features or workflows for clients
- Documenting Standard Operating Procedures for workflows
- Successfully troubleshooting user issues
- Coordinating with Support resources to drive completion of open items, including working with ServiceTitan Support, CSM, and other internal departments
- Write and deliver custom reports for clients, such as end-of-month progress reports
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Must have ServiceTitan experience
- Dispatching Software
- Home Service Experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or MarketingEdge is preferred
- CRM database experience
- High communication via phone and email
