- *About the Job**
As a part-time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex. This role will act as a subject matter expert, delivering empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers. You'll be trained and positioned for optimal employee effectiveness, working closely with our team to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via arenaflex channels for communication – live chat, phone, SMS, and email.
- Serve as a proud brand ambassador of arenaflex, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion.
- Maintain knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory.
- Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
- Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
- Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to rebound quickly, handling difficult customer issues with a positive attitude.
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers at once while maintaining exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen well and understand the needs of our customers and our business.
- Strong integrity, with a commitment to honesty and ethics in all interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently, with a focus on productivity metrics and attention to detail.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency, with experience using G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, and other relevant tools.
- High-speed internet access, with a minimum 10Mbps connection (arenaflex will provide laptop and headset).
