About This Opportunity: Remote Owner Service Agent - Inbound Customer Service
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Owner Service Agents. As an Owner Service Agent, you will be the frontline representative of arenaflex, assisting customers with product information, registration services, parts inquiries, delivery questions, and dealer location requests.
This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to create the perfect work-life balance while representing one of the most trusted names in the appliance industry. You'll have the opportunity to work an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate your lifestyle and career goals.
After completing our comprehensive 9-week training program, you will be fully equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role. You'll utilize Windows-based programs and internal applications to handle incoming calls, faxes, emails, chats, and written inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
What You'll Create: Key Responsibilities
As an Owner Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary mission is to deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Here's what your role will entail:
- Customer Issue Resolution: Receive incoming calls, faxes, emails, chats, and written inquiries from customers seeking assistance with parts sales, service issues, and pre- and post-purchase questions. Use creativity and judgment-based reasoning to provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and implement minor concessions when necessary, always keeping the best interests of the customer and arenaflex in mind.
- Documentation: Create, update, and retrieve customer records to accurately log facts surrounding complaints, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
- Quality Improvement: Proactively provide feedback to our Quality and Training teams to help keep training processes and materials current and effective.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaboration: Support other areas of the business as directed, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new products, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest level of service quality.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work
As this is a remote position, you must have the following technical setup:
- A dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough for company-provided equipment (PC, keyboard, mouse, monitors, cables, and ethernet cord)
- Local internet provider (satellite or DSL internet connections are not allowed due to security requirements)
- Wireless router capable of handling minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
