Base salary: $38,500 Commission: $1,500–$2,800/month average (uncapped). Marketing support provided so you're not starting from zero, our job is to get you fresh leads t owrite new business.

What You'll Do

You'll work remotely, speaking with customers about auto, home, renters, and related insurance products. That means conducting consultations, presenting options clearly, quoting, closing, and binding policies — all through phone and digital tools. Structured process, real lead flow, no cold-knocking doors.

Requirements

Active P&C license required Minimum 2 years of sales experience Must be located in the Eastern time zone Must have a private, dedicated workspace to conduct business by phone and video conference with agency staff and clients Must have a stable internet connection Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Do I need prior Allstate experience? No. You need your P&C license, at least 2 years in sales, and the ability to close.
