We’re currently seeking a motivated Remote HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical Dispatcher to join our team.

What you'll do: This is not a basic scheduling role. At Monkey Wrench, hospitality isn't just something that happens in the field — it starts here, in the office. Our dispatchers are the heartbeat of the operation, and we're looking for someone who brings both warmth and sharp strategy to every decision they make.

Our call center handles first contact. Your job starts there — taking a warm handoff and deploying the right technician with intent. That means reading the call, understanding the customer, and matching the job to the technician whose skills, personality, and strengths give us the best chance to win. We don't dispatch by proximity — we dispatch to drive results. This role is about judgment, influence, and hospitality, not just filling slots.

• Hourly pay: $21-$25/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
