The Remote HR Business Partner will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. This includes talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions that drive performance and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to develop and implement talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives. You will provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Advising on compensation strategies, benefits administration, and HR compliance are also core duties. Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting organizational change efforts will be crucial aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, is required. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills are critical for success in this remote-facing role. Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics is a plus.
