Position Overview


arenaflex is currently hiring full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to handle high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their healthcare inquiries, and you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities



  • Inbound Call Handling: Manage a high volume of inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers, responding to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

  • Multi-tasking: Simultaneously answer customer inquiries while accurately typing information into the computer system, maintaining both speed and accuracy.

  • Information Resolution: Provide detailed answers to a wide range of healthcare-related questions, including but not limited to coverage details, claim status, benefits information, and provider network inquiries.

  • Documentation: Thoroughly document all customer interactions, ensuring complete and accurate records in our systems.

  • Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in every interaction, meeting or exceeding arenaflex's performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Technology Utilization: Utilize various computer systems, software applications, and tools to efficiently process customer requests and access information.

Essential Qualifications



  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is strongly preferred.

  • Call Center Background: Previous call center experience is highly desirable.

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with health insurance concepts, terminology, and processes is preferred.

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute is required to efficiently handle customer inquiries.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of personal computers and proficiency with standard software applications.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

  • Reading Comprehension: Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret complex information and documents.

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.

  • Procedural Adherence: Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to address unique customer needs.

Technical Requirements



  • Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection with a router that includes an Ethernet jack for direct connectivity to your PC. Wireless connections are not sufficient for this role.

  • Workstation: Must have a dedicated, private workstation that is free from distractions and suitable for professional customer service work.

  • Web Camera: Web camera visibility is required for training, monitoring, and team collaboration purposes.

  • Hardware: Access to a reliable computer or laptop that meets arenaflex technical specifications.

Training and Schedule


arenaflex is invested in your success, which is why we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared for your role. The training program runs for 4-5 weeks and is conducted from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. This immersive training experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your position.


Upon completion of training, your production schedule will vary and may include shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. arenaflex offers flexible scheduling options, and you will have the opportunity to select a schedule that best fits your lifestyle and preferences.
