Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting daily progress notes and other essential documentation into our healthcare database systems. Your attention to detail will directly impact the quality of care our healthcare partners can provide to their patients. Here are the primary responsibilities you will undertake:


  • Accurate Data Input: Enter data from paper copies, handwritten notes, and electronic documents into designated databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.

  • Quality Assurance: Verify and validate all entered data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all documentation.

  • Confidentiality & Security: Uphold the strictest standards of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive patient information, medical records, and other protected health information (PHI).

  • Database Management: Navigate and utilize various healthcare databases and data entry systems effectively, ensuring proper categorization and organization of all documentation.

  • Administrative Support: Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned, including file organization, document scanning, and basic record maintenance.

  • Progress Note Processing: Receive progress notes delivered to your home at least three times per workday and complete all data entry within a three-day timeframe to ensure timely documentation.

  • Compliance Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to data entry, privacy, and information security.

Essential Qualifications
