What You'll Do

As a Remote Data Analyst & Customer Insights Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your role will involve:


  • Information Investigation: Examine customer information to understand their behaviors, preferences, and needs. This includes analyzing CRM data, transaction records, and other relevant information to identify patterns and trends that can inform business strategy.

  • Performance Metrics Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of customer initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics while conducting A/B testing to optimize results.
