What You'll Do


As a Tax Software Product Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to users of our industry-leading tax preparation software. You'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking guidance, solutions, and reassurance as they navigate their tax filing journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:



  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding our tax software products with patience, empathy, and expertise. Most inquiries will focus on downloading the software, account creation and login issues, getting started guides, basic navigation assistance, document importing, printing capabilities, and electronic filing procedures.

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers encounter while using our tax return software. You'll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions.

  • Tax Process Guidance: Provide assistance with fundamental tax-related questions, helping customers understand basic tax concepts as they relate to using our software effectively. Note: You don't need an accounting background—we'll train you on what you need to know!

  • Product Education: Help customers maximize the value of our software by teaching them how to use various features and functionalities effectively.

  • Issue Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system to contribute to our knowledge base and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help identify product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Certification Achievement: Complete our comprehensive two-day certification program to become a recognized TurboTax Product Expert, earning a $155 bonus in the process.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet. You should be comfortable troubleshooting issues and developing creative solutions in real-time.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software systems and technologies. You don't need to be a tech wizard, but you should be eager to learn how our software works and confident in guiding others through technical processes.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. For those seeking more hours, opportunities for additional hours are readily available.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM EST and 12:00 AM midnight, seven days a week (Monday through Sunday). We offer truly flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or support experience in any industry
  • Familiarity with tax preparation software or basic tax concepts
  • Experience working remotely or in a home-based environment
  • Background in technology, software, or IT support
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish or other languages)
