What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve service-related issues, complaints, and concerns with a solutions-focused approach that prioritizes customer satisfaction

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their complete satisfaction

Technical Assistance & Guidance



  • Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers, ranging from basic functionality questions to more complex technical issues
