We're currently seeking full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our award-winning customer service organization. This is a remote position, meaning you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our collaborative, team-oriented culture. What You'll Do: Making a Difference One Conversation at a Time

- Customer Engagement: You'll engage directly with pet parents who reach out for a variety of reasons—whether it's helping them shop for their newest furry family member, finding that perfect chew toy that will keep their pup entertained for hours, or problem-solving when something doesn't go as planned with an order.
- Problem Resolution: You'll research issues, collaborate with team members, and implement appropriate solutions. Thinking proactively is key—setting follow-ups when needed to ensure every contact is fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Active Listening & Empathy: You'll operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, and kindness in every interaction. Your ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes will be crucial to your success.

What You'll Need: Setting You Up for Success

Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills—you'll need to pass a written assessment as part of our hiring process
- Proven ability to multitask effectively, including maintaining conversations while navigating computer systems and taking notes
- Strong proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through multiple systems and internet resources
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new technologies
- Flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed to support our customers and business units
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost security
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Must reside in the state of Texas
Technical Requirements:
Since this is a remote position, we need to ensure you have the proper setup to deliver an exceptional customer experience:
- Dedicated Workspace: Your work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and be free from distractions, including any background noise that could impact the customer experience.
- Webcam-Ready: Your work area must be acceptable for webcam use during team meetings and training sessions.
- Internet Requirements: You must have a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with download speeds of at least 30 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps. You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider. All applicants must meet and demonstrate this requirement.
- Equipment Provided: Don't worry about investing in equipment—we'll provide everything you need, including a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. You simply need to provide the high-speed internet connection.
- Two-Factor Authentication: You must have a cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. This can be either a smartphone or tablet on which the Okta mobile app can be downloaded, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls. (Note: A traditional phone line is not required.)
