Position Details: This is a full-time, remote position based in Florida. You'll have the freedom to work from your home office while being part of a collaborative, supportive team that's united by our love for pets and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company—the friendly expert who helps pet parents navigate their shopping journey, find the perfect products, and resolve any concerns with care and expertise. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Engagement: Connect directly with customers through phone communications who reach out for various reasons—from helping them shop for a new puppy or kitten, to recommending the ideal chew toy for an aggressive chewer, or troubleshooting when a delivery doesn't arrive as expected.

  • Problem-Solving Excellence: Research issues thoroughly, identify appropriate solutions, think proactively to anticipate customer needs, and set follow-up tasks when necessary to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Empathetic Communication: Operate with genuine understanding, practice active listening, demonstrate patience and kindness in every interaction—both with customers and fellow team members.

  • Continuous Learning: Embrace a growth mindset by giving and receiving feedback constructively. Participate in ongoing training sessions and remain open-minded to developing new skills and approaches.

  • Team Collaboration: Engage with teammates, your dedicated manager, and colleagues across different levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and video conferencing to contribute to our customer-centric culture of teamwork and excellence.

Essential Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and listening communication, which will be assessed during our evaluation process.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to multi-task effectively—maintaining meaningful phone conversations while navigating computer systems, performing data entry, and researching information to assist customers.

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot and adapt to changing business needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to shift schedules and work overtime as needed to support our customers and business unit requirements.

  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost security and professionalism.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

To ensure you can deliver the excellent service our customers deserve, you'll need to meet the following technical specifications:


  • Workspace: A dedicated work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors, free from distractions, and free from background noise that could impact the customer experience. Your workspace should be appropriate for webcam use during team meetings and collaborations.

  • Internet Connection: A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. You can test your current speed at speedtest.net or contact your service provider to ensure you meet these requirements.

  • Equipment Provided: arenaflex will provide everything you need to succeed—a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, professional headset, and webcam. You'll simply need to provide the high-speed internet connection.

  • Two-Factor Authentication: You must have a cell phone or tablet capable of supporting two-factor authentication through Okta Verify. This can be either a smartphone or tablet with the Okta mobile app installed, or a cell phone that can receive SMS messages and phone calls for verification purposes.
